  • Does Nvwoti Collective charge any commission fees?

    No, Nvwoti.co doesn't charge any commission and/or selling fees because we believe you should keep everything you earn.

  • Can I cancel my Provider Membership?

    Yes, you may cancel your Provider Membership NLT 30 days prior to your membership renewal date.

  • Can I get a refund on my Provider Membership?

    Unfortunately all sales are final and nonrefundable. You can, however, cancel your subscription NLT 30 days prior to your next billing cycle.

  • Why must I have professional insurance?

    Having insurance establishes trust between you and your clients while also protecting both yourself and those you serve.

  • What are the transaction & processing fees?

    Yes, PayPal does charge transaction & processing fees. Please visit PayPal.com to see their current fee rates.

  • How do I access my funds?

    Once a client pays for the offering, followed by your confirmation, PayPal processes the transaction, and then the funds will go directly into your PayPal account.
